Yesterday (11 December 2015), the couple had a white wedding in East London. They exchanged vows at St. Saviours Anglican Church, before heading to the Gonubie Manore wedding venue for the reception.

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Tshwete.

I’m not sure about other cultures, but in Zulu culture (I’m Zulu by the way), it’s a way of showing respect to her new family and the ancestors of her new family.
